The chinese food is the best I have ever had. I compare all other chinese food to frankie's work as they are the best.

Great lunch or dinner option. I got the sweet and sour chicken and my friend got the chicken Chow mein. Both were amazing and the fried rice is really good!!!!!!!

Fast friendly service. Food really lacks taste though. Probably wouldn't go again. Hated the egg roll.

Terrible service but good food. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in the store for your order even if you call ahead. Twice I have ordered by phone, drove up at the pick up time only to have the cook get my order ticket after arriving. Another 30 minutes later the food is cooked. Its fresh, but super inconvenient.

Food has always been good and the owners are super nice. Great place for lunch.

For takeout Chinese food this place is amazing! Their food is less greasier than other Chinese takeout restaurants and you can tell their oils are frequently changed. Even my mom travels out of her way to come here. Highly recommend.

First time for my husband and I. Absolutely delicious food. Their Sweet & Sour Soup was awesome. The Seafood Delight was made to perfection including the spiciness I requested.Broccoli in Garlic Sauce was delicious too. We'll definitely go there again. Very friendly too!

Not really a lot that needs to be said here. Awesome Chinese take-out, fast friendly service. There is some on street parking or a lot in the back. Highly recommend this place, the food is great!

First time at this restaurant was looking for a good Chinese Restaurant which has been hard to find. The owner was lovely, warm and welcoming. Food was hot fresh and delicious, I see why they have been in business over 25 yrs.

1) I can't believe one person complained that there wasn't enough cream cheese in the Crab Rangoon... because it's stuffed full of actual crab! Not imitation crab garbage but real, honest to goodness crab meat. The flavor of the real thing is 100x better than anywhere else.2) I know two families who say Frankie's is better than the Chinese they get at home... and they life in San Francisco!3) I have a friend who drives to Brecksville from University Circle for those Crab Rangoon. Yes, they're really that good.If you don't try this place, then I pity you. You've no idea what you're missing.

There were actually a few issues with Frankie's wok. Ordered on door dash, received food late actually 55 minutes plus. Received the wrong food ordered general tsos and got something completely different. Went to pick up my food and do it myself, Frankie's wok blamed door dash, door dash blamed Frankie's wok. Finally got home to eat, food was distasteful and bland. Not a great experience. Terrible experience. Wouldn't even accept responsibility or offer a refund. Complete inconvenience.

Nicest people ever. You get a ton of food for the price, and the best tasting Chinese food in the area. I always get the sesame chicken or the orange chicken. The crab rangoons are my go too for appetizers! I'd rate it 6/5 if I could.

Extremely helpful staff. They were super accommodating of my gluten free needs and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, good meal.

This was my first visit. At first glance, it appeared to be a typical Chinese order-at-the-counter restaurant. A typical menu, reasonable prices, and a small eating area. I will be back every month (I'm from out of town) because the food was excellent in quality and abundant in quantity. But, more importantly, the owner was delightful and made my friend and me feel like we were part of their family.I am not alone in my reaction. My friend loved the experience, too. In addition, there was a constant flow of people coming in to pick up orders and to order takeout. This place is a real gem.

Always excellent Chinese food

Told me 35 minutes over the phone it's been over an hour still waiting for my food. Finally asked what my phone. Number was just to find out my order was never started . Talked to the other 7 people waiting and they told me they had the same thing happen never again even if the food is cheap and portions are big. I'd rather give money to a place who can promise a timed order ....update orders at 5:39 pm just left at 6:50 pm

Great little restraunt with fantastic service. We were traveling through on a business trip and got take-out one night. I do believe the crab meat rangoons have real crab meat in them! I haven't seen that at a Chinese place in awhile. The food was phenomenal and was delivered quickly. I'd highly recommend this place for a quick bite.

Love this place. This restaurant is a great staple in a cozy corner of Brecksville. I watched a customer walk in and pick up his food and the lady behind the counter (co-owner) knew him by name and needed little information to send him off in good shape. She said, "see you next Wednesday." I asked if he was a weekly customer and she confirmed my thought and proceeded to tell me how many weekly customers she had and said she has been here 20 years. She said she has customers that remember her son coloring in the corner while she worked the counter, and now he's a sophomore in college. I watched her husband/co-owner make my food fresh and box it in front of me. It was fantastic and each time we go back, the food is great every time. This place is consistently above board, very clean and inviting. Wonderful Chinese food!

Our first time here. We have had numerous take out cuisine all around us. This was my favorite by far. Our food was great. Traditional style take out fare, but good quality.The owner was super nice and very customer service oriented. We will be back again.

When we first moved to this city all everyone kept saying is ‘go to Frankie’s wok’. Since we moved here I WILL NOT go to any other Chinese takeout restaurant. The owner knows my ENTIRE families orders and when I call she remembers my voice and recites to me my order before I even say it. Truly kind hearted people and I always leave with a smile on my face! When they are out of town and have to close the restaurant it brings me to tears, but as soon as they come back you bet I’m first in line waiting for my Singapore rice noodles! *tip* Get the hot and sour soup when you’re sick....life changing!

Food is good, box is crazy crammed with food. The only problem with this place is they always tell you 15 to 20 minutes for when food will be ready for pickup. Plan on doubling that time!
